Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial

Just beyond Munich lies Dachau — a quiet Bavarian town that became the site of the first permanent concentration camp built by the Nazi Party. On this powerful and reflective half-day journey, you’ll visit one of Germany’s most important memorial sites, where history is preserved so it can never be forgotten.

Travel by train from central Munich to Dachau, as generations before did — though under very different circumstances. Walking the grounds of the former camp, you’ll gain a clear understanding of how Dachau functioned as a model for the entire concentration camp system, and how it played a central role in the rise and enforcement of Nazi terror.

With thoughtful context and careful explanation, this small group tour brings clarity to a difficult chapter of history. You’ll learn about the prisoners who were held here, the brutal conditions they endured, and the ideology that allowed such a place to exist. The intimate group size allows for deeper discussion, reflection, and questions along the way.
