Getting to the Starting Point

• By Car: Park at the Königssee Jennerbahn parking area in Schönau am Königssee. The trailhead is a short walk from the lake promenade.

• By Public Transport: From Berchtesgaden train station, take RVO Bus 841 to Königssee/Seelände. The hike begins just behind the boat dock area.
