Prices start from $1,950 per person, based on double occupancy in a 4-star hotel. Final pricing depends on the chosen hotel category (4★ or 5★), group size, and your selected travel dates—the larger your private group, the lower the price per person, as costs are shared across the group.
The opening weekend is the most in demand and therefore more expensive, while mid-week stays and the middle or final weekends often offer better value with the same unforgettable experience.

In 2026, the 191st Oktoberfest in Munich will take place from Saturday, September 19 to Sunday, October 4, spanning 16 unforgettable days of Bavarian celebration on the Theresienwiese.
In 2027, the 192nd Oktoberfest in Munich will take place from Saturday, September 18 to Sunday, October 3, spanning 16 unforgettable days of Bavarian celebration on the Theresienwiese.

You’ll meet your guide online before the tour and again in person during pre-tour meet-and-greets once you arrive in Munich.
Arrival in Munich
You’ll be picked up from Munich Airport by your dedicated private guide and transferred to your hotel. After check-in (or luggage drop-off, depending on your arrival time), you’ll meet your guide for a relaxed welcome get-together over breakfast, lunch, or dinner—depending on when you arrive.
You’ll receive your full Oktoberfest schedule, important contact details, VIP wristbands, and your VisitBavaria welcome pack.
From here, the day is yours—head straight to the Wiesn, do some sightseeing, stock up on snacks, or simply rest up for the big days ahead.
Daytime Beer Tent Experience
Today includes private daytime beer tent reservations, usually from around 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
Included are guaranteed seating, a starter plate to share, lunch of your choice, dessert to share, and—of course—beer.
The specific tent is confirmed around April each year.
After the reservation, you’re free to stay in the tent (if space allows) or explore the festival grounds and beer gardens.
Evening Beer Tent Party
Tonight is the highlight.
You’ll have exclusive evening beer tent reservations in one of Oktoberfest’s major party tents. The exact tent is revealed around two months before the tour, but it’s always one that delivers an unforgettable atmosphere.
Reserved tables, dinner, dessert, beer, and the ability to stay until tent closing at 10:30 pm—this is Oktoberfest at its loudest, happiest, and most legendary.
